"Urban Obsolescence: the case of residential neighborhoods" is a conference aimed at initiating the study of this phenomenon and develop dynamic applications that allow these urban developments where living large segments of the population.
reflection on this phenomenon will take place from case studies and real experiences carried out in Europe relying on experiences of France, Sweden, Portugal and Spain, where Catalonia and Andalusia.
