How To Give Votes Of Thanks After Wedding

Your first time a week Today

November 15

Disclaimer on the last album mp3 Kiko Veneno, an artist who never leaves me indifferent. I go to listen to the street while walking. There are songs that are best understood in touch with the world, with people, with the sounds of the city. Badajoz

I like especially this time of year. In the shadow's cold but the sun is magic. A group of students laughing out loud at a bus stop, three ladies converse in front of the supermarket on the high price of meat, a coupon does paired with the number seven, two drivers share snuff drawing a red light.

I put something nostalgic

the third track on the disc, which gives title: "People say." My steps go to the rhythm of the melody, with a little flamenco and a bit of metaphysics. I ascend from the center of the Plaza Alta, through the cafeteria my friend just opened Floren. I stop to chat with one and other. There is more wisdom in the street in libraries.

On Monday, unlike most people, it is my day off a week.

November 16

My father phoned me to give me good news. Flamenco has been declared today, by decree of Unesco, Nairobi, intangible heritage of humanity. Andalusia, Extremadura and Murcia are the three regions that have most helped this cause in music history and art of our country.

What my father and I do not fully understand is how it has taken so long to make a proposal as well-known official from the last decades of the last century with artists such as Camarón de la Isla, Manolo Sanlúcar, Paco Lola Flores Lucia between the most famous English personalities worldwide. Paco de Lucia asked the same thing in an interview that he made on national radio news.

I have a feeling that in the not too distant future, Spain will be the Spain we know today, but the flamenco will always remain the same flamenco, perhaps our hallmark admired and respected in other cultures.

November 17

I'm surprised that some Chinese shops have taken to the streets early Christmas trees. And do not for festive devotion, of course, but to be the first to sell. Mimic dwarf poplars, but are plastic and hang them balls and artificial glow tapes and sad.

The Chinese are the first in any case to invent, imitate and trade. Without that we realize are colonizing our market, especially at the multistorey car. Soon get that we put aside our classic holiday tradition, half Christian and half American, and begin to make their grotesque symbols of New Year, much as they held in February.

forward I think it's unnatural growing Christmas, for the benefit of traders and shopkeepers, however I am happy to go through San Andreas and listen inside a garage testing a murga, with three months carnivals.

wore several months without stepping on the English Court, but today I have to return some shirts that we bought from my father for his birthday. His huge building erected under the most vaunted consumerism Extremadura map, has become in recent years in the geographical center of Badajoz and, incidentally, at the heart of the best known shopping pilgrimage to English and Portuguese on both sides of the line.

There are many things I do not like about this chain of superstores, and I've never hidden, yet, paradoxically, I realize that I must be one of the few people city to which the blessed and cursed Corte Ingles has brought more benefits than costs, it almost never buy anything, but our records and my books sell more expensive there than anywhere else, and in both cases, I have been offered the opportunity to present under its sponsorship. Things distributors, not mine, of course.

I find it strange, once again, be part of something publicly that I am not part personally. If not for the friendliness of its commercial director, Miguel Luna, and timorous beauty of some of its clerks, travel meanwhile, by both exhibitors and escalator so I would make it impossible.

November 19:

traveled to Madrid with my friends Carlos and Miguel. Isa joins us, the bride of Charles, which ruthlessly mistreated their delicate eardrums pop tastes with the last record of The Delinqüentes and Tommy.

We interviewed in the COPE, on the sports program "The party of 12." One of its editors, Jesus, and one of its presenters, Joseph, are declared supporters of the group and whenever they have time for a musical playing some of our songs, especially "your side" and "Thirteen", the same invite us to sing live.

From the Attic Elf infinitely grateful for this support, they are very few radio programs nationwide who subscribe to our music so openly. And what is more surprising is that only moves them a taste of their own, not the dictates of the senior leaders of the station or as common interests of record at the time of cornering the media (of course, in our case it would be impossible because we have no label).

To celebrate and meet the friendly bond between music and sports, we made a special key for the program. You can listen, with the rest of the interview, in THIS link.

was unforgettable Friday night, with so many good people on the radio and so many good people as we got there.

November 20

Concert in Madrid. Again a party. Nearly five hundred people in the room Penelope, sharing the stage with Mark Bayon, a class mate. Many friendly faces, new fans arriving from across the country and a collective voice of diverse backgrounds, but with only one accent, Extremadura.

We are calling attention especially to see the list of advance ticket sales through the Internet and check all the points on the map where people have come. Malaga, Santander, Pamplona, Alicante, Logrono and Burgos are some of the most surprising.

After the concert, friendship and surprises. From Greece Theodora my friend brings me a first edition of the poet Odisseas Elitys. Two old friends from boarding school, Javier and Luis Enriquez Hergueta, come to see the pair, and give me news of many other colleagues to our music, over the years, has rejoined. Noe brings the project a short film for which you would like to lend a hand soundtrack. Yolanda, Carlos and his men have been charged with broad smiles, hugs, Rastafarians pants and shirts to commemorate the unforgettable Womad 2006, in which we played with bands such as Muchachito Bombo Infierno, Carmen Paris or Africans Toumani Diabaté. But also bring with them the great news: Yolanda is pregnant. If a child, call him José Manuel.

November 21 Sunday

reflection, like almost every Sunday. The body holds the last 500 miles before reaching our next destination. The mind seeks change while reviews lyrics, melodies and fantasizes invents a third disc which is becoming closer.

Ahead, the conjecture of the six cities will act in the next twelve days: Granollers, Terrassa, Lleida, Cordoba, Cadiz and Seville, in that order.

Less than a month to this blog is 5 years old and I feel it is time to give me a break. We will soon have new websites in the group. For my part, in between concerts, I started designing a new personal blog, exclusively literary, and thought to have it ready for next month's measure shows.

Everything is discovered. Everything is about to begin.
